Steamed tapioca kueh by Megan Lee Bee Wah


460g grated tapioca, 110g sugar, 170ml water and 60ml coconut milk. Mix well and steam  in metal square pan for 45min on medium fire. If put some pandan leaves on top when steaming should smell better!

Megan's tip: Better to steam grated coconut with a pinch of salt so that can keep longer.

Coat tapioca with grated coconut & serve.
