Garlic
One bottle of preserved olive veggie

Soak the both cai in water for abt 1 hr. Rinse in between while soaking .
Boil wok with water . When boiling put the mei cai into the water n scald it . Do this repeating for 2 to 3 times . To get rid of salty taste n the particles .
Once it done , slice the vege .
Take a pot add water , add garlic add mei cai n the bottle of preserved olive veg and simmer till soft . I use thermal pot to cook this .

No need any salt or seasoning it will have it nice taste in it . Enjoy !!
