Marinate the unstuffed chicken winglets with salt n pepper. U can add ginger juice n garlic. Up to ur creativity. Can orso add herbs if u wanted ang mo taste.
Prepared minced pork/chicken n prawns, add finely chopped spring onions n carrots. Mix all with a bit salt n pepper n a drop of sesame oil. Stuff into the deboned winglets till quite full.
Oil ur plate, place the winglets on the plate. Steam at low fire for at 30 mins. Remove from plate after steaming. U can keep the gravy for ur vege dish. All nutrients are in the gravy.
Lastly coat with flour n deep fried. If you are using premix powder, do not marinate the winglets. U can coat the premix at this step, rest the chicken for 5-10mins n deep fry.
