Char Siu Chicken Wings by Janice Looi




Chicken wings 750g marinate with 3 tbps of char siu sauce (I used bottled char siu sauce), best marinate overnight so that the sauce will be infused into the chcken wings thoroughly. Take out from the fridge 1 hr before you bake. I bake at 180 deg celcius for half an hour ( depend on the temp of ur oven).
After you put the chicken wings in the oven, turn over every 5 mins and apply the balance sauce on the wings so that you can hv a nice color. At the end of the baking time apply honey on both sides...enjoy!
