Pei Tee shells by Rina Mok


  1. 100g all purpose flour,50g corn flour,110g rice flour. Sieve all flour together. Add half tsp salt. Set aside.
  2. Prepare 400ml water.
  3. Lightly beat 2 egg. slowly add in the flour n water. Mix well. I repeat step slowly until all flour n water used. Set aside batter for 30mins.
  4. Add oil in pot half full for deep frying. When oil is hot put in pei tee mould. Make sure the mould is hot. Lift up drip off excess oil before putting in the batter n then to the hot oil. Turn the peitee till light golden brown.

I used induction cooker as the heat is constant. I used 2 to 3 bars (low-med heat) to prevent burn.
