Honey Grilled Ribs, Garden Cress and Quinoa by Jean Yeow

 
 
Recipe of Quinoa:
 


- 1 cup of each,
- 2.5 cups of water
- 1/2 tbs of Knorr vegg stock ( no msg/ less fat option)

I soak the quinoa in boiling hot water for 10 mins first as it has a longer cooking time than bulgur.

Then I drain water, add the bulgur, stock and water... Cook in the microwave for 10 mins.

It's as easy as that!
