Ingredients

100 gram bobo fish paste
2 water chestnut chopped
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp fine chop coriander
Dash of white pepper powder
1 tsp hua teow chew
1 pkt of unicurd brand tau pok (12 mini)
Method

Method
- Mixed of the ingredients.
- Slit one side of the tofu puff and slit inside but don't cut the bottom then gently turn inside out.
- Spread the filling into the tau pok bag.
- Facing up, AF at 180 for 6 mins,
- Down facing, AF at 200 for 6 mins
