Airfried Stuffed Tofu Puffs by Anna Tan

Ingredients
100 gram minced meat
100 gram bobo fish paste
2 water chestnut chopped
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp fine chop coriander
Dash of white pepper powder
1 tsp hua teow chew
1 pkt of unicurd brand tau pok (12 mini)

Method
  1. Mixed of the ingredients.
  2. Slit one side of the tofu puff and slit inside but don't cut the bottom then gently turn inside out.
  3. Spread the filling into the tau pok bag.
  4. Facing up, AF at 180 for 6 mins, 
  5. Down facing, AF at 200 for 6 mins
