This recipe is Very simple . What you need , a can of Longan and a packet of premix jelly powder and 1/2 a Lemon with some ice cubes . Method - Bring to boil 500 ml , water . Add the premix jelly powder and stir till cook . Pour into a mould and let it cool . Once cool put in fridge for an hour . Take out from the fridge once done . Add the Longan and some of the Logan water , add the ice cubes , squeeze the lemon juice and use a spoon to cut the jelly and mix all together ! Done ! Thank you
